Donato Epiro presents “L’Origine degli Uccelli” – composition for laptop and two tape decks – unreleased work, to be listened only live performed.
Donato Epiro is an Italian composer. Between 2009 and 2010 he published his compositions on limited editions; finally a selection of these tracks have been put togheter into “Fiume Nero” released in 2014, followed by “Rubisco” in 2017. Intuitions that animate the substance of his other project, the duo organ + percussions Cannibal Movie, are explored in his works at a deeper level of investigation. For his most recent work, Donato decided to explore the live performance as part of the creative process itself, refining the content of his next album during the experience with the audience.
